High Alumina Fire Refractory Bricks 2.3g/Cm3 Thermal Shock Resistance

The anchor refractory brick is also called hanger brick. The anchor brick is similar to the material of the furnace lining castable, shaped by machine pressing, high temperature fired, has good thermal shock resistance and high strength, and is used on multiple heating furnaces to achieve good performance.

Industrial furnaces and flue walls are composed of lining, heat insulation layer and outer wall layer. The lining firebrick and the sintered brick for the outer wall need to be connected with the anchor brick. Anchor solid tensile and flexural strength is high, especially the stress generated in the groove can not be continued to transfer at the rib, so the anchoring brick is not easy to fracture under this structure.

After the anchoring brick is finished, the anchoring hook should be inserted, and the fireproof fiber felt should be filled with air raid and plugged to form a certain protection for the anchoring parts.

Packages and delivery

The fire bricks will be packaged on pallet or wooden carton according to customer's requirements, keep product from humidity. Generally the volum of package is 1.1*1.1*1.1m, which is convenient to delivery. We make sure the package is seaworthy.
